A contemplative piece featuring a figure nestled within the organic curves of driftwood and natural forms. Created using traditional linocut printmaking techniques and then hand-colored with watercolor paint, this work explores the relationship between human presence and the natural world. The combination of bold carved lines and delicate watercolor washes creates a unique interplay between graphic strength and painterly softness.

The work features cotton muslin that was first screenprinted with intricate patterns, then dyed using natural plant dyes that were personally harvested and processed. This labor-intensive process connects the work directly to the earth through sustainable practices and foraged materials, creating a dialogue between industrial architecture and organic, handcrafted elements.
